Parent Teacher Fellowship (PTF)

The Parent-Teacher Fellowship (PTF) consists of parents and teachers. It was organized to improve the relationship between FCA homes and the school, and to enhance the fellowship between parents and teachers at FCA.  Its membership consists of FCA parents and teachers.

The PTF’s purpose is to function as a service organization to aid the school and its families.  The PTF also fosters fellowship among parents and teachers which will ultimately bring into close relationship the home and school.  It is not to seek to direct the administrative activities of the school nor to control the policy-making decisions of the board.  The desire of a PTF should be to aid families in their understanding of Christian education, to make them ultimately more effective in the rearing of their children, and to encourage them to become more loyal and committed to the school.  To summarize, the PTF should offer a context for parents, staff, and faculty to interact in times of fellowship and mutual encouragement.
