General Tuition Information
FCA's Financial Services department provides reliable, up-to-date information regarding tuition payment options, payment history, and a convenient, easy-to-use online tuition payment system. We understand the importance of your financial investment in your child; therefore, we are always available to speak with you regarding any aspect of your child's tuition. Our goal is to have a relationship of trust and communication with our parents and to be responsible stewards over our fiscal resources.

Payment Options for the 2016-2017 school year:
Option 1 - Monthly Payments (requires enrollment in the Smart Tuition Management Program)
Early Childhood tuition can be paid in 12 monthly payments automatically deducted through Smart Tuition.
Elementary, Middle School and After School tuition can be paid in 10 monthly payments automatically deducted through Smart Tuition.
Option 2 - Single Payment
One payment of the full year's tuition, due on or before August 3. The full year's tuition payment must be paid directly to Fellowship Christian Academy by money order or cashier’s check.
Option 3 - Semester Payments
The full year's tuition split into two payments, due on or before August 3 and January 3 of the target school year. Semester payments must be paid directly to Fellowship Christian Academy by money order or cashier’s check.
NOTE: All Smart Tuition payments are processed on the 3rd of each month. If the 3rd falls on a weekend or holiday, your payment will be processed on the next business day.
