General Tuition Information
FCA's Financial Services department provides reliable, up-to-date information regarding tuition payment options, payment history, and a convenient, easy-to-use online tuition payment system.
We understand the importance of your financial investment in your child; therefore, we are always available to speak with you regarding any aspect of your child's tuition.
Our goal is to have a relationship of trust and communication with our parents and to be responsible stewards over our fiscal resources.

Payment Options for the 2019-2020 school year:
All Fellowship Christian Academy families have four options for paying tuition. Families that elect options 3 or 4 below are required to enroll in the Smart Tuition Management Program.
A single lump sum payment for the entire year, due on or before August 3
Two lump sum semester payments, due on or before August 3 and January 3
10 monthly payments for students enrolled in elementary, middle school and after-school program, and 12 monthly payments for early childhood students. Payment will automatically be deducted on the third of the month through the Smart Tuition Management Program.
10 monthly payments for students enrolled in elementary, middle school and the after-school program, and 12 monthly payments for early childhood students. Payment will automatically be deducted on the 17th of the month through the SMART Tuition Management Program.
All Smart Tuition payments are processed on the 3rd of each month. If the 3rd falls on a weekend or holiday, your payment will be processed on the next business day. All fees are NON-REFUNDABLE & Non-Transferable.
