Parent Teacher Fellowship

FCA's impact is dependent on the involvement of parents for our students’ success. All FCA parents are asked to volunteer for a minimum of four hours per year


We have a number of opportunities for parents to get involved at FCA. Our Sycamore parent portal has a sign-up feature for volunteering


Parent/Teacher Fellowship

The FCA Parent Teacher Fellowship exists to facilitate the school-to-home partnership and provide structured opportunities for parents, grandparents and family members to contribute to the nurturing environment found at FCA.


All FCA volunteers undergo a thorough background check before participating in any events with our students. If you are interested in becoming an FCA volunteer, please fill out the BACKGROUND CHECK APPLICATION


Volunteers are coordinated through our Parent Teacher Fellowship. PTF coordinates a variety of programs and fundraisers that contribute greatly to the life of our school. These include:

  • Harvest Fest
  • Fall Food Drive
  • Operation Christmas Child
  • Spring Fest
  • Meals on Wheels
  • Booster Club
  • Field Trip Chaperones
  • Library Aides
  • Book Fair Assistants
  • Special Events Coordinators
  • Club Sponsors
  • Dads  Club
